1. Please fill up the basic information.
• One single email may only be used to apply once.
• We prefer the email address showing your affiliation (i.e. not gmail or hotmail).
2. Only principal investigator may register. For the postdoctoral fellows or graduate students, please use the same one as their advisor’s.
3. Please print out the registration form and sign, then fax to us (+886-2-2782-7954), or scan and email to genome{at}gate.sinica.edu.tw.
4. After confirm the information, we will activate your account as soon as possible.
